Two Day Workshop in response to the exhibition: Gordon Baldwin: Objects for a Landscape
Saturday 20th – Sunday 21st October 2012, 10.30am – 4.30pm
Be inspired and enjoy a tactile journey of discovery experimenting with surface, colour, line and composition through markmaking, collage and stitch. The sessions will offer possibilities for all levels and will include the opportunity to explore personal creativity and be supported and mentored by a practicing artist.
Activities are designed to encourage participants to observe detail, challenge usual approaches, and be aware of their creative responses; developing the confidence to take risks with their ideas and nurture their own artistic voice.
Costs: £90 per person / £75 concessions
Bookings to be made through the National Centre for Craft and Design: 01529 308 710
